To perform this routine, simply lie down on a sturdy bench, hold the barbell using a wide grip (you can also use a close grip to target your inner chest muscles), lift the weight over your chest and lower them down slowly.

3.) The chest fly is also a magnificent exercise that will target and workout your pectoral muscles. The right way to perform this routine is for you to fully extend your arms with each lift you make.
